Once I am selected and accept, when do practices start?
Practices will begin Tuesday, December 1st, 2020; teams will occupy their normal practice slots beginning on that day.
How are travel arrangements coordinated?
Why is club volleyball so expensive?
The amount of expenses accrued during a club season are significant. Infinity does its best to utilize economies of scale in regards to uniforms, equipment purchases, and hotel/travel costs. However, a significant portion of our costs go to the leasing of court space, coaches pay, and the strength and conditioning services provided to our athletes. We go to great lengths to not rent just any space. We have chosen the XL Sports World Hatfield due to its size, ceiling height, and floor surface. The Taraflex surface is one of the best surfaces for volleyball due to its cushion and traction.
We believe our staff is second to none, and we want to make sure they are compensated fairly. That allows us to obtain high quality coaches, as this benefits our athletes and families.
When are the payments due by?
Payments for the Infinity Volleyball Academy club season are broken down into installments (Base and Tournaments). The base fee is due upon the start of the club season, and tournament fees are collected once we receive confirmation the the tournament is being held.
This allows us to satisfy all of our financial commitments to our vendors, support staff, and the facility. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule could result in an athletes suspension from competition.
