*** Every participant in the tryout must be a current member-in-good-standing of USA Volleyball. Tryout hosts
must verify membership. One-day event memberships may NOT be used for tryouts. Any participant who cannot
provide proof of current membership must complete an Individual Membership Application. The tryout host must
submit every membership application and the appropriate fee to the Region Business Office regardless of whether
the player is invited to participate with the team.

For use during the 2008-2009 Season
18 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1990
or
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1989 and a high school student in the twelfth (12th) grade or below during some part of the current academic year
17 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1991
16 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1992
15 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1993
14 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1994
13 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1995
12 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1996
